Halle Bailey commemorates Valentine’s Day this week with a new song, called “Back and Forth.” The snippet has been out for over two years, so after a lengthy wait, you'd expect more than... THIS. The issue isn't the song itself. The production is beautiful. The harmonising is pretty. And I will always appreciate a chilled R&B song with a little 90s flair. However, the problem lies in the song being way too short with elements missing like a bridge and a third verse. It just feels like she released an extended snippet of a snippet. Not worth the wait sadly.
