Jennifer Lopez is set to perform at the Saadiyat Nights concert in Abu Dhabi on February 20th, just days after her ill-fated wedding album to Ben Affleck hit its one year anniversary (today). It will be interesting to see if she gives that album the time of day once hitting the stage because her setlist will say a whole lot of something. The album's anniversary is suppose to be a time where she and Ben are somewhere lounging on an exotic beach, sipping on Piña Colada and re-enacting that infamous ass rubbing scene while she serenades him with love songs from the project.
Worst album of her career. “Brave” took some beating but this one makes that album seem like it’s on par with MJ’s “Off The Wall”.
ReplyDeleteIt was actually her first album since on the 6 to receive positive reviews. I truly think this album was her most cohesive project since brave and TIMT. It was truly a great album that was met at the wrong time. I feel that if it came out around the time she announced it the first time it would have been met differently , but since it dropped last year around the time of the hate train that was happening on her I think that put a bad taste for people to not even give it a listen. It’s crazy because I feel history was repeating itself just like how 2093 went for her it happened all over again for in 2024 with the press eating her up and a major breakup to follow after that
