Director Jon M. Chu has been enjoying mega success with 2024’s ‘Wicked‘ and is gearing up to direct Britney Spears’ biopic. He tells ET that she is going to be "very involved" and aims to bring her story to life the right way. As suspected, the film will be an adaptation of Britney’s memoir, 'The Woman In Me.' If this actually goes ahead (which I highly doubt it will), the actress needs to be unknown and look like Britney. Reason being is that Sabrina Carpenter would just be the main attraction and Britney's story would only get lost in all that IT girl mayhem.
