A Janet Jackson PR nightmare was not on anyone's 2024 bingo card. Mo Elmasri, the man who claimed to be Janet Jackson’s manager and apologized on her behalf (for questioning the racial identity of Kamala Harris), says he was “fired” by the singer and her brother. It's doubtful Janet will be cancelled over this... but that dude deserved every bit of his firing for making unauthorized decisions/statements without the bosses' consent. Sis said what she said, despite the repercussions. All he had to do was sit there quietly and eat his food.

Apparently he wasn't her manager. Whoever he is, don't fix what isn't broken on someone else's behalf. I didn't hear anybody complaining about what she said.
