Earlier this week, Beyoncé’s "Cowboy Carter" collaborator Dolly Parton called Beyoncé’s country album a "speciality album" while trying to explain away reasons for why she was locked out of the CMAs (no nominations). But actress Halle Berry says, “Who cares? She’s Beyoncé!” Adding, “She’s changed culture... the music business hasn’t been the same since she got here… what she’s done is bigger than an award.” Halle is a VERY overrated actress, but she told no lies and the album did what it needed to do.
