If an artist is not making the label any money, they won't invest, period. With barely any of her singles charting, and her latest album ‘Trouble in Paradise’ flopping, Chlöe Bailey explains to fans why she’s not working more. And by "working more," we're talking lack of performances and just giving up on the project altogether. She says, “the label won’t approve the budget,” but sadly, Chlöe hasn't had any success that would encourage a label to fund any additional promotion.
