Ashanti, who recently gave birth to a baby boy, took to Instagram Stories to share a series of videos from her workout session this week. Ashanti has always been body goals to me and her vacation pics always look like Sports Illustrated cover shoots. A woman's postpartum body has just done something amazing and I hope she's not putting too much pressure on herself to achieve a quick snapback. The best results is when the weight loss is slow and gradual.
