Last night, Beyoncé hosted an exclusive album signing at the Tower Records Shibuya store in Japan. The first 150 fans who purchased the imported version of her new album ‘Cowboy Carter’ had their copies signed by the singer in person on a first-come, first-serve basis! This was a smart and strategic move by Beyoncé and her team. Japan is the second largest music market in the world, and they buy the most physical copies out of any country. They are also very respectable. She probably couldn't do this in the States at this point. Julius would go nuts!
