A lot of people use to STAN Normani, and though she still has her diehard supporters, no one’s career trajectory has baffled more than hers. The hype she had was insane… and then nothing. When she finally says her album is coming out (something she's done so many times in half a decade), that excitement no longer hits the same.
It's been SIX years since Normani announced she had a title for her first solo album. But the unthinkable actually happened. She announced her long-awaited album, ‘Dopamine,’ through a website, appropriately titled WheresTheDamnAlbum.com! As well as the announcement came the unveiling of the album's official cover art and a snippet of brand new music. The upcoming project is preceded by singles ‘Wild Side’ and ‘Fair,’ but will those songs make the album? And perhaps we shouldn't get too excited yet until we see streaming links on Spotify and Apple Music.

DeleteI’m rooting for her. The level of label dollars spent on Camila and the constant battles Normani has gone through to get out a debut album with two decently successful songs with Motivation and Wild Side in her catalog is telling.

ReplyDeleteDid you not read up since @Toya? Her mom got cancer, then about 6 months later so did her dad. She put her career on hold as she was facing the loss of both parents potentially. Both are in remission. People need to be kinder to her. Give the girl a chance.....
