Doja Cat achieves her third top 10 album on the Billboard 200.
"Scarlet" debuts at No. 4 with nearly 72,000 equivalent album units earned. Of that sum, only 6,000 come from pure album sales. Let's just soften the blow and say that chart positions don't mean sh*t these days. It's all about longevity right?!
Charts really mean nothing, and not saying that to come to Doja's defense. She's coming off major success with "Planet Her" and did lower numbers than her previous effort.
ReplyDeleteGoes to show it really is the label behind a lot of these acts.
