Jimmy Kimmel is a messy bitch, but then, who doesn't live for a bit of messiness? During her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! earlier this week, Christina Aguilera discussed a potential mention of herself in Britney Spears’ highly anticipated memoir, "The Woman in Me." Kimmel asked if she expected to be mentioned in the book and Christina coyly responded and said she wasn’t sure. Kimmel then wondered if she personally wanted to be mentioned in the book. With hesitation, she said that she hopes everything between them is good and that the future should be celebrated. Kimmel pressed further, asking her to choose between being mentioned in the book or not. At this point her discomfort is plain to see, but she replied that she would prefer Kimmel to be mentioned instead of her.
You could tell he was trying to get her to say something slick, after Britney reignited their feud two years ago causing Christina to unfollow her on Instagram. During the interview, Christina provided a sneak peek of her upcoming intimate Las Vegas show at the Voltaire Belle de Nuit at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, set to begin on New Year’s Eve weekend.
Xtina responded in an appropriate way. Sometimes, you don’t always know the right words to convey when put on the spotlight like that but Xtina handled herself very well with this one. Btw, Britney has nothing but good things to say about Xtina in her book.
