Beyoncé & Jay-Z purchase a record-breaking $200 million home in California...

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have reportedly paid $200 million for a real estate purchase, making it the most expensive home ever sold in the entire state of California.

It's also the second most expensive real estate deal in the country, the top being $238 million for an NYC apartment. The home was originally listed for a mega $295 million. Bargain. Perhaps the home is an investment? 

I mean, no one (and I literally mean NO ONE) needs a home for $200 million.
