Halle did great on her rendition of 'Part Of Your World', lifted from her new film, 'The Little Mermaid.' It was first performed by Jodi Benson from the iconic 1989 animated film. The theatrical intonation in her singing was also on point.
'The Little Mermaid' hits theaters on May 26th.
It lacks the emotion of the original by Jodi to me - a bit too theatrical and OTT.
