Mariah Carey fails to trademark ❝Queen Of Christmas,❞ but does she really need it?

Mariah Carey was unable to trademark the moniker  "Queen Of Christmas" due to another singer Elizabeth Chan blocking her from obtaining the registration. Mariah doesn't need to trademark "Queen Of Christmas" because she automatically IS considered the "Queen Of Christmas." Secondly, does Mariah really need this trademark or did she only want it for her own ego? The woman rakes in enough money every festive season as it is!
