That Rihanna reign just won’t let up! New single 'Lift Me Up' shatters the first week record for the most radio adds in US history (521 adds across all formats). The record, lifted from the ❝Black Panther: Wakanda Forever❞ soundtrack, was previously held by Adele’s 'Easy On Me'. It also becomes biggest female soundtrack debut in Spotify’s history debuting at #3 with 7.6 million streams. This is amazing for a soundtrack, but not if it were an official lead single after a 6 year wait. With that being said, ‘Lift Me Up’ was boosted from a massive radio deal that received airplay every hour on the hour on certain formats. I love Rihanna but she’s never going beat the payola allegations on this one!
