As Rihanna continues to experience the wrath of the cancel culture mob, Variety ranks Rihanna’s 'Lift Me Up' from 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' as the #1 contender for Best Original Song at 2023 the Oscars. If this is the case, Rihanna will be competing with Lady Gaga's 'Hold My Hand' from 'Top Gun: Maverick,' which many feel could very well secure the coveted win. 'Lift Me Up' is such a beautiful song and goes hand in hand with the theme of the Black Panther movie, as well as the tribute to the late great Chadwick Boseman.
