Ciara was seen yesterday celebrating her coveted Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover at their New York launch party. Ciara never skips leg day and she always looks snatched, but that dress just isn't serving. The cut in the midsection is not very flattering and of course she has seen better wig days. Overall, this latest honor has been a major powerplay for the ❝Level Up❞ singer.
