Summer Walker visited BBC 1Xtra Live Lounge for some live performances.
Summer got in her bag to tribute Erykah Badu during a stripped-down cover of ❝Bag Lady.❞ New jam ❝Toxic,❞ and ❝Playing Games❞ from her debut also got the live treatment. Her album ❝Still Over It❞ debuts at #5 on this week’s UK albums chart, making it Summer’s biggest debut and highest charting album on the chart. With minimal promotion, and no big hit, Summer Walker is about to do 200K first week in the States. There are mainstream artists with entire machines and massive campaigns behind them and are not achieving the same type of pull. That's major especially for an R&B artist in today's climate!
