Ciara slayed this entire look. If her mission was to turn heads while strutting along Cipriani 42nd Street in Midtown Manhattan, she certainly didn't fail. However, the consistent wearing of these colored contacts is not okay, and if sis really did get the Tiny special, heads will certainly roll.
