New song ❝Cut You Off❞ discusses ❝protecting their energy.❞
Tabloid media have wrote countless articles about Little Mix ❝making a thinly-veiled dig at former bandmate Jesy Nelson❞ in their new song 'Cut You Off'. They are basing this conclusion off a one minute snippet and appear not to have any inside information. They are just trying to interpret the lyrics of a snippet to fit their narrative for clicks. I don't think the song (written with Lost Boy and Lauren Aquilina) is about Jesy at all. I believe it's about an ex-boyfriend they want to move on from. Although Jesy has been quite petty towards the girls in interviews, they don't strike me as people wanting to pull the same tactics.

I'm here for a slight dig at Jesy, she's been hella shady towards them. I hope they do a full length album after this. This could be their "Survivor" Era so to speak.
