Let's be honest, if we all had the financial means to change something about our physical appearance that would improve our self confidence and self-esteem, the majority of us most likely would. She looks happier in herself and also looks great. As long as she didn't alter her voice I don't really care cos K has slaying vocals for weeks!

She looks like a racially ambiguous woman now and it's not just surgical procedures doing that. No the surgeon didn't botch her face and she looks pretty (she has one of the best nose jobs I have seen in a long time), but this is practically witness protection type shit lol.
