Normani delivers her second performance of latest single 'Wild Side' during Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 3. The pose-driven routine, which was choreography by Parris Goebel, takes on a more minimalist approach, and falls short of a full performance. She looked great, but the choreo leaves a lot to be desired and she's not singing live.

Normani can sing. I do think she may have difficulty doing so while dancing but she just sang this live for Genius and Don Julio.
Normani "CANNOT" Sing & She Knows That, We All Know That.
In my opinion she is a weaker singer than Ciara, but that's just my opinion.
Not everyone is supposed to have powerhouse vocals like Whitney
