With hardly any radio push, Chlöe Bailey’s first solo single 'Have Mercy' debuted well on the Billboard Hot 100 at #28. Initially, she was predicted to debut at #42, which was way off the mark! Chlöe seems very happy with the outcome, and although her VMAs performance received a mixed bag of reactions, the song is set to rise even higher.
