Normani readies new single after Cardi B assisted ❝Wild Side❞ gets binned...

As suspected, it would appear Normani and her label are ditching her latest Cardi B assisted single 'Wild Side,' and are ready to move on to the next single. “I’m definitely dropping another record soon,” she says during an interview with Most Requested Live (full interview is on YouTube). 

If that is the case, it certainly explains why her performance on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon had been cancelled. Also, there's behind the scene dalliances going on with her label going through a transitional period right now. The founder of Keep Cool is stepping down to become the next CEO of Def Jam Records. So of course all of this is adding to the delay in regards to her comeback bid. Here's hoping the new single does what it needs to do so she can FINALLY release this freakin' album.
