During an Instagram Live, an emotional Lizzo broke down in tears while addressing the “people who have something mean to say about her.” Taking to Twitter, rapper Cardi B spoke up on behalf of her friend, who she recently collaborated with (their new single 'Rumors' debuted this week.) The only therapy this woman needs is to log off and seek psychiatric help.
Trolls are not going to have nice things to say on social media, and if she isn't thick skinned enough to take the criticism, she should steer clear from all toxicity. She's beautiful and rich and doesn't need to subject herself to it. On the other hand, she needs to stop twerking wearing little to nothing. It doesn't make sense to post unsavoury things on social media and then cry over “mean” reactions.
When you stand up for yourself they claim your problematic & sensitive. When you don’t they tear you apart until you crying like this. Whether you skinny, big, plastic, they going to always try to put their insecurities on you.Remember these are nerds looking at the popular table. https://t.co/jE5eJw8XP6

My stance is she shouldn't have to develop a thick skin in order to just be herself and enjoy a platform that exists for everybody's enjoyment. On the contrary, if people are so sad that they feel the need to be so hurtful they reduce people to tears, then it's them who need to stay off social media and go find some inner love and peace.
