So yesterday was the one year anniversary of Beyoncé's musical film and visual album 'Black Is King.' Beyoncé celebrated it by uploading the 'Otherside' and 'Mood 4 Eva' visuals to YouTube. The project, which celebrates the black diaspora, was snubbed by the Emmys, much to the fury of fans. Beyoncé's mother Tina Knowles-Lawson clearly feels the same way. She believes that if a white man had made the project, Disney would not have hesitated to promote it. She's wrong though. Disney DID promote it. Besides, the visuals are beauty, and her art speaks for itself. Who needs validation from some snotty award shows anyway?
