Reportedly, Britney Spears' attorney Samuel D. Ingham has officially filed paperwork to terminate her conservatorship without the need for a medical evaluation. However, some sources are saying the petition has not been filed, but the termination paperwork has in deed been prepared. What the hell are they waiting for? Move faster.
