Forbes names Rihanna and Beyoncé as the richest pop stars of 2021 with fortunes of $600m and $420m respectively. The Hive are furious with this report. They claim Forbes doesn't know Beyoncé's REAL net worth because she doesn't give them information, and Forbes have been reporting $400m for the past 5 years now. That would imply she has only made $20 million in 5 years? Nah. Rihanna on the other hand...

I think the reason Beyoncè's is stuck at 420 is because Forbes only take into consideration her solo earnings. They don't include her Destiny's Child years because they were not strictly about earnings back then on the Celebrity 100 lists(especially the Survivor era). They were moreso about Popularity back then & Oprah was #1 or Top 3 every year because her talk show was the Hub of Entertainment!
Beyonces net worth was reported as 350 mill for the longest (at least 3 years)then in 2020 Forbes upped it to 400 mill and now this year theyre saying 420 mill. In all honesty Forbes doesnt have a clue, theyre just guessing based on known deals, tours and sponsorships yet they dont know her cut from these or anything about her private dealings. Her finances like her personal life are kept private and we'll never know her true net worth. Its the thirsty celebs like Kanye and the Kardasians who gladly offer up their financials for clout.
