After consulting with the family of Naya Rivera, Starz has enlisted Christina Milian to replace the late actress (as Colette Jones) in their 'Step Up' series. Her co-star Ne-yo said "there is no replacing Naya," then they went ahead and replaced her. Many fans find it distasteful since it hasn't been a year yet. They would prefer Starz come up with a new character instead.
Only time will tell if Christina can do this role justice.
