Kehlani, Jhené Aiko, Teyana Taylor and Summer Walker discuss the state of R&B and the same old industry roadblocks that continue to plague their careers.
These girls are so underrated and don't get their props, so the frustration is real. I love Rihanna and Beyoncé but they are the only two black women that get their dues. They are not really R&B, yet, the industry will peg them as such because they are black women dominating pop. Adding to the fact it helps they have a look to them that's acceptable to white people. Their male counterparts don't have this issue.

What is really R&B? I feel like the time for R&B is over, unfortunately.

They all look so good! Kehlani has had one of my favorite albums this year.
