Britney Spears' younger sister Jamie Lynn tells The Hollywood Reporter that while Britney has no plans to release music in the immediate future, she is not retiring.
As of now, she's "kind of just relaxing," and why not? Britney has been working relentlessly since the age of 16. She may still have a passion for music, but the passion to perform on a stage is lacking. No one would blame Ms. Spears if she wanted to retire. She has given the world more than half of her life, and now that she's almost 40, a large majority of that life deserves to be kept for herself.
