Hot 100: Beyoncé ties with Mariah Carey for #1 record breaker...


The 'Savage' remix becomes Megan Thee Stallion’s first and Beyoncé’s seventh #1 single on the Billboard Hot 100. 

 If you include her work with Destiny’s Child, Beyoncé has now had at least one No. 1 hit in the  ‘90s, ‘00s, ‘10s, and ‘20s, and she joins Mariah Carey as the only soloist to have a No. 1 hit in four separate decades. Congrats to both ladies!

Bey sent Megan some flowers to celebrate. The note read: "Congrats on your number one Queen. Love, B"

    Congrats to Meg & Bey! I hope Meg's real album does extremely well! Imo, she was very smart! She built the Hot Girl Summer brand 1st, then got a deal with Roc Nation & D'ussè, then a #1 hit song with Beyoncè! Now all she needs is the album & tour! I respect her hustle & business savy!

    I agree 100% with you Benny. And all this BEFORE her debut album. This IMO was an "organic" hit and a REAL remix as Meg added new versus and Bey laced the hell out of it. Well deserved!
