It is the first song on the platform to ever hit 12 million streams in a single day. The song has already broken its own record for biggest streaming week for a holiday song in US history (54.4 million). It's earned more than $2 million in royalties since it was first added to Spotify.
I guess we will soon find out if her 19th number one song will smash another record once it remains at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 for a third consecutive week. If Mariah manages to keep this song at #1 for another week, she will be the FIRST and ONLY artist to ever be #1 in four decades. Congratulations to the Queen of Christmas!
