Normani looked cute and regal at Rihanna's 5th Diamond Ball in NYC last night. Her boobs were SITTING! You could be forgiven for thinking Rihanna wore a plain black turtleneck dress in some of the pics (she wore a black velvet and white tulle Givenchy Fall 2019 Couture structured dress). I probably would have preferred that actually, as I'm not really feeling the excessive flare at the bottom. I think if it was more Mermaid-inspired at the bottom, I'd have liked it. I do think the fitted cut looks great on her figure, and I love the hair and makeup. I've been having Red Carpet Rihanna withdrawals for a long time now. Glad to have her back and I hope the charity raises a shit load of money!
