According to a new report from Variety, Nicole Scherzinger has bought some of the group’s rights from Pussycat Doll's creator, Robin Antin. She is currently back in the studio recording new music, though she won't say what for or who with.
You know if she had a Beyoncé type solo career, she would not have farted on a PCD reunion. There just wouldn't be any acknowledgement of the sort. I don't think anyone would buy a PCD album in 2020. The music industry has changed so much since they all departed to become mothers and venture into different career paths. I don't think Nicole could get away with being the only member spotlighted this time. Melody Thornton has proven more than capable of singing leads on some songs too and not just being the one to do adlibs during a song's closure. As I say, a PCD album won't sell in 2020. I think they should just put out an EP, and do a small tour like the Spice Girls. I think that could actually work.
