Apparently, the band has reached out to many stars to appear as featured guests, but so far, none have agreed to do it. Seems like most of the urban-pop acts don't want the NFL affiliation right now. Nobody wants to see Maroon 5 perform at the Super Bowl, and I have yet to see a performance from them that wasn't lackluster. I just don't consider them to be Super Bowl worthy when it comes to putting on a show. Perhaps Ciara would do it since she's Atlanta-bred and needs the publicity.
