Christina Aguilera recently hit the promo trail for her new album 'Liberation'. She performed ‘Fall In Line’ on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.’ She also performed a hits medley (‘Can’t Hold Us Down,’ and ‘Fighter,’) on the ‘Today Show’ Citi-Concert Series. Aggy was having fun with her hits medley performance. It was kind of like a re-introduction and reminding everyone that she was once a major pop force back in the day.
The performance on Fallon was solid. A massive improvement from the Billboard Music Awards. It produces a greater appreciation for the song being done solo. I have nothing against Demi Lovato, but I think the song translates better as a solo effort. Christina should just sing the melody and stop with the excessive ad-libbing.
