Solange disables racist comment section on 'Don't Touch My Hair' video

'Don't Touch My Hair' by Solange is a black girl anthem, simply because black hair is a woman's pride.

When she dropped the visuals this week, it caused a very heated race debate among black and white commentators. Solange's new album 'A Seat At The Table' addresses black life in America, and proudly celebrates black empowerment. It also represents for black women not knowing how to express themselves in this time of modern day racism. The subject matter is always a touchy one when race is involved. Things got pretty heated resulting in Solange disabling the comment section on YouTube. Apparently, the discussion started off positively, until YouTube featured the video on their trending page. Some of the comments are capped below.
