Ever since the year began, Rihanna's latest album 'ANTi' has been amongst the most popular of albums to listen to week after week. No other female album released this year has charted for more than 15 weeks in the top 10 of Billboard's 200 chart.It is nearing 30 weeks. The former #1 spends a third consecutive week in the top 5 and is now one of just 11 albums this decade to spend over half a year in the Billboard 200's top 10. The new Billboard 200 sees the album falling to #5 with 32,000 units (down 2 percent). The album has also recently surpassed 500,000 in pure Stateside sales.
All eight of Rihanna's studio albums have now sold more than half a million copies. Massive congrats. Can't stress enough how much of a good album 'ANTi' really is. How's that for some Monday morning slayage?
