I was listening to Mya's music the other day. She had a few hits under her belt, but she faded early in her career, which is a damn shame. I wanted her to blow up after she had some mainstream momentum with 'Lady Marmalade.'In the 90s, it was Brandy, Aaliyah and Monica, but this chick just kinda fell right under the radar. I like that she still puts out music under her terms though. Her latest musical offering, 'Smoove Jones' was released independently earlier this year.
