More than likely, the venues she chose were too big, and didn't come close to selling out. She probably wanted to save face by not having to do a Keri Hilson and perform to half empty arenas. She did zero promotion for her new album (not one TV performance, one music video). When going on tour, promotion is often key after being away for eight years. We're living in different times now. The music industry is no longer what it use to be where you could create hysteria off your name alone. Promoters must be seething, but health wise, I hope all is well with Janet.

Janet Jackson cancels European leg of 'Unbreakable' tour...
Bad news is rife for European fans. Janet Jackson has cancelled her entire UK and European tour, just three weeks before it was due to begin.
Janet was due to bring her 'Unbreakable' show to London, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow, but the gigs have now been called off. Further dates in Ireland, Germany and France have also been cancelled. Event organisers have cited "scheduling difficulties" for the cancellation. Ticket holders are being refunded in full and will see a credit onto the card they used within 15 days.
