Usher tributes Ray Charles...

Over at the White House, Usher graced the stage for 'Georgia On My Mind' during a special all star tribute to the late, great Ray Charles.

Usher did a really nice job with this performance, and The President was grooving. The concert billed, 'Smithsonian Salutes Ray Charles' in celebration of Black History Month, aired last night on TV One.
