New Music: Tinashe ft. Juicy J - 'Energy'...

A new cut titled 'Energy' has just surfaced from Tinashe's upcoming album, 'Joyride.' It features rapper Juicy J, with slow-burning production from Mike WiLL Made-It.

Tinashe is heard cooing for loverboy to “hit her up like lightning.” The moody and melodic groove has nice slinky production, but gets boring very quickly. This might be down to Tinashe having a voice that lacks personality. She's not good at riding the beat, in a way in which Ciara would have excelled. Nice album track, but this wont be a hit for her.
