Mariah Carey's Hallmark Channel takeover saw the singer performing Christmas carols during her musical showcase titled 'Mariah Carey’s Merriest Christmas.' 

MC really brought it, and the vocals were really nice. She picked songs to perform that weren't so jarring on the vocals or required notes that would be impossible to execute. I thoroughly enjoyed it. 

I also think her new stylists deserve medals. She looks a million bucks now that she has ditched those cheap poor fitting Vegas gowns. The special, also directed by her, features guest stars Kelsey Grammer, Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds and — as Santa Claus — Billy Gardell ('Mike & Molly').
