Snapshot: Mýa unveils artwork for new album ‘Smoove Jones’...

Always one to hustle, Mýa gears up to release her new album 'Smoove Jones' on February 14th, 2016 (Valentine’s Day).

She is dropping all these albums independently, but you never see her promoting her music or doing TV performances like fellow indie Ashanti tries to do. She just drops her music randomly. It's like she's trying to sell it to a ghost audience, because no one knows she has music out unless a bigger music blog like Rap-Up is reporting it.

I like Mýa though. Great dancer, great image, pretty face and she has some good songs so I will continue to support where necessary. This new album is executive produced by herself and is preceded by latest single 'Team You,' which she dropped recently. The album will release via her own label Planet 9, and has now become available for pre-order exclusively on Mya’s official website MyaMya.com.
