The latest forecast for Adele's comeback single 'Hello' lays anywhere between 800,000 and 1,000,000 copies in it's opening week in the States.
She has sold about 500,000 copies on US iTunes alone since it's release three days ago, and that number doesn't even include SPS, TEAS, Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon.
Flo Rida's 'Right Round' currently holds the record for the highest opening week sales from a single in the digital age, and that moved 600,000+ copies in it's first week.
It is a virtual guarantee that Adele will take that record, and may very well become one of the few artists to sell 1,000,000+ singles in a week. Even if her forecast numbers lower slightly, she will still more than likely break that record.
The sentimental ballad is currently #1 in 96 countries on iTunes. She has also scored herself a Vevo record. She achieved 27,047,264 views in the first 24 hours, according to the Youtube statistic feature on the official video, beating out Taylor Swift's record by 6,900,000 views. Daaaayum! Hurricane Adele is slaying!
