Janet Jackson announces ‘Unbreakable’ world tour + releases rehearsal footage...

JJ's first international tour in four years...
If Janet Jackson doesn't have a sell-out tour, I will be very surprised. She's Janet Jackson, and she's been away since forever.

Surely, this would be enough to generate major anticipation. There have been very little pap appearances, no new music in so many years and she's been blissfully enjoying married life away from the spotlight. Overall, Janet is the type of act you would want to see on tour. She performs her ass off and puts on quite the spectacle. I'm waiting for those UK dates and I'm there.

Earlier today, Janet announced the first leg of her Stateside 36-date 'Unbreakable' world tour, which kicks off in August. She also revealed a brand new promo poster for the trek, with news that additional worldwide concerts will be announced at a later date.

Tickets for the first North American dates go on sale starting June 22nd at JanetJackson.com. American Express Card members can purchase pre-sale tickets for select shows starting June 15th at 10:00AM through June 19th at 10:00PM. Her new single, allegedly titled 'No Sleep' is slated to drop by the end of June and a new album via Rhythm Nation Records/BMG will follow this fall. Is Janet coming to a city near you?
