I think a J.Lo show would be quite the spectacle. It will feature a live band and dancers, extravagant costumes, and state-of-the-art special effects. What more could you ask for? Fans would get their money's worth because she dances her ass off and puts on a show.
Even if she lipsyncs her songs from beginning to end, you won't get ripped off because the entertainment value will be superior. The question that can be asked is whether she has enough iconic hits to pull off a residency. Vegas headliners like Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and Britney Spears can say they have, but I don't really see that with J.Lo. She has some memorable songs but her catalogue is not really at that level if you get what I mean. J.Lo's residency begins January 20th, 2016, and tickets go on sale this Saturday (May 16th).
