Rihanna clearly wants a hit with 'American Oxygen.' Having exclusively premiered the visuals on Jay Z's Tidal (which she is part owner of) only to place the song on Spotify hours later and then release it to iTunes is not a good indicator that their new streaming service is making the splash they all hoped it would.
