Ciara performs ‘I Bet’ at ‘Black Girls Rock!’

Ciara borrowed Beyoncé's wind machine for her performance at BET’s Black Girls Rock!,' which aired on Easter Sunday. She belted out her Future-inspired single 'I Bet.'

Looks like Ci has been taking some serious vocal lessons. She's no Faith Evans but the significant growth in her vocal abilities simply can't be denied. Her voice just gets stronger and stronger with each showing.
